The COVID-19 pandemic fundamentally reshaped leadership. With face-to-face interaction significantly reduced, leaders had to embrace creativity, active listening, and digital engagement to keep teams connected, motivated, and productive. More importantly, it reinforced the need to develop future leaders capable of navigating uncertainty and driving meaningful change.

The Worldwide Independent Lawyers League (WILL) was established to create a trusted global network of independent lawyers built on collaboration, responsiveness, and shared values. Today, the organisation connects 400 legal professionals from more than 70 countries, fostering meaningful relationships, cross-border cooperation, and professional excellence while preserving the independence of every member firm.
